EXIT ACT arranges meetings and workshops for Exit members in the national capital region centred around Canberra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although the Australian Capital Territory has had Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) from November 2025, the eligibility requirements<\/a> are significant. In particular the person applying must have decision-making capacity throughout the process, as is the case in all Australian states.
